Product Description
The heavy durable cordierite pizza stone set, made from high quality cordierite and stainless steel, the cordierite stone can absorb moisture from pizza dough and create crisp thin crust pizza . Heat resistant up to 1,450°F (787°C). The pizza stone set for oven, outside grilling, inside home baking, provides a heat-directing barrier between flame and pizza and retains the heat, prevents charring and burning. Durable stainless steel carry rack allow the hot stone safely to transport the table, no need to worry about the pizza slipping off when removing and transporting. After baking, just sweep away the dough particles, if need, scrap the residue with flat scraper and soap the warm water.
